About Woodstock City Wrestling:
The goal of the Woodstock City Wrestling, is to provide instruction in the fundamentals of wrestling for the beginner, as well as improving the skills of those with prior wrestling experience. A strong emphasis is placed on health and exercise.
​We Work Hard:
Every practice our wrestlers work hard for 60-90 minutes. Practice is fast paced and challenging as our coaches focus on teaching wrestling fundamentals.
We Play Hard:
Along with working on the fundamentals of wrestling, we will also incorporate games into practice. Our games reinforce the skills our wrestlers are learning in practice; and the games are tons of fun!
